I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Zeen Chania and I must say it was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel’s interior is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The attention to detail in the decor was noticeable in every corner, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they were spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. And the food—wow! Every meal I had was delicious, from the breakfast buffet to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations, and the presentation was just as impressive.

From the breakfast buffet, to the lunch delivered on the beach and the restaurant Enino, everything was good, even the room service. Ambiance: Tranquil oasis blending poolside serenity and beachfront beauty. It is a family resort. Spa: Transformative treatments and skilled therapists for ultimate relaxation. Had a CBD infused oil massage that was really nice. Recommendation: Eager to return, wholeheartedly recommended for unmatched hospitality.

Our room was large & spacious. Great aesthetic & well appointed. The staff are amazing. We checked in at midnight & had a plate of nibbles & cold cuts waiting for us in our room. The staff have local knowledge of the area & are very willing to provide great tips on places to eat & visit. Thank you Thodoris, Stratos, Edwardo, Christina, Constantina, Elpida, Stefanos, Katerina, Christos, Frissa, Marina & Stella for making us feel very welcome & looking after us particularly when I was unwell with a sinus infection during our stay. Nothings is too much trouble for you guys & you are all wonderful assets to Domes Zeen!

Very good idea, hôtel give information everyday about nice beach to visit next day according to meteo. Even though we did not move. Architecture is great. Hotel looks as if absorbed to the nature. Even rooms are close you have privacy.

The team are all lovely. Location to Chania old town is good, given it’s also a full service resort. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. You will not be disappointed.
